Jeffrey Spears is a former banker with over 20+ years of experience across Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. His experience encompasses Derivatives, Corporate & Investment Banking, Private Equity, Private Banking and Multi Family Office. He was Regional Head of Development Organizations & Financial Institutions for Standard Chartered’s Africa business encompassing 22 countries in Africa and was based out of Lagos, Nigeria . He is also on the board of UBJ Microfinance Bank, a leading poverty alleviation bank and former board director for Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce & Franco-Nigerian Chamber of Commerce.
